are all flyers from various Youngstown shows. We used to play there ALOT.
We actually made excellent money back then .... unreal...
My
god...these are shots from the 4-piece CM featuring Jeff Deasy (long ass
black hair) on vocals. The back wall at Cedars still has the same crusty
graffiti on it.
These
are shots from the Penguin Pub, that's where we played our first "real"
show. Look at my hair... oh lord.. look at John's hair.. sheesh.. I would
say look at Daves hair, but he looks exactly the same..
More
flyers... these look like flyers for the tape release show for "Two
More Weeks", out FIRST release. This was back in the day when designing
flyers was a serious artform and computers weren't on every desk.. We
cut shit out of magazines and made our own flyers in an Agatha Christie
"ransom note" kind of way.. I think that's an old set list in
there, too... I think it's actually from our FIRST show as a 3 piece EVER..

we have the ORIGINAL proof from "Two More Weeks", it's a shot
of us playing at JB's Lounge in Youngstown. We used to go there and make
fun of all the hair bands. They had a jam night on Wednesdays that we
used to frequent.. They had a good PA system, but people thought we were
from outer space. even back then... Photo #2 is an interview Jeff and
I did for Wolf Traxx magazine..(one of TWO, we were actually on the cover
a few months later), and lastly a flyer for a Safe Sex Benefit show at
the Penguin Pub... Much more to come soon..... I promise...
